How do I join a Zoom meeting?
Before youjoin a Zoom meeting, follow the instructions in the self-help guides via the MyIT Portal to install Zoom on your device.
Your instructor will send you a Zoom meeting invitation for a specific date and time. Click on the URL provided on the invitation. Alternatively, you may click the 'Join' button on the Zoom homepage and enter the meeting ID found on the meeting invitation.
If you are using a laptop or mobile device, make sure you have enough charge to last the session. Also find a quiet place where you will not be interrupted and can focus on the work.
