WESH 2 has learned Orlando police raided a house owned by one of the co-chairs for the Tourist Development Tax Citizens Task Force and former managing editor for the Orlando Sentinel. An Orange County spokesperson confirmed Jane Healy's roles. While she was not arrested, neighbors have complained several times about the house.Friday night, police and SWAT were at the Greenwood Street home, which neighbors say is a haven for drug activity."My children have walked into the street. They have found drug needles. They have found drug paraphernalia in the street. It's been reported to the city and police multiple times over a decade,” neighbor Katie Koch said.The house is not far from Lake Davis."Hopefully regardless of who owns the house or what actors are engaged in, this stops,” state Rep. Anna Eskamani of Orange County said.Eskamani said more than a year ago, some of her constituents reached out to express concerns about illegal drug activity at the property.Randal Healy Clark was arrested during a traffic stop on Friday for trafficking methamphetamine. They also arrested Patricia Frederick, who was found with fentanyl in the car.Officers say as a result of the traffic stop, they had probable cause that there was drug activity at the Greenwood Street home.On Friday night, investigators were seen bringing out bags of evidence and taking pictures inside the house. Officers also arrested two people living there. Deborah Rogers was charged with possession of meth with intent to sell. Friday night, police and SWAT were at the Greenwood Street home, which neighbors say is a haven for drug activity.
