Here's the process for claiming New Hampshire Lottery prizes.

To claim a prize by mail, fill out the back of the ticket with your name, address, and phone number. Then, send the signed winning ticket, a completed claim form, proof of your Social Security number, and a copy of your ID to:

About the New Hampshire Lottery

In 1963, the state legislature passed a bill allowing sweepstakes to raise funds for education. With that bill, the state became the first in the country to operate a lottery.

New Hampshire Lottery tickets went on sale in 1964. The lottery added Powerball in 1995, and Mega Millions in 2010.

To date, the New Hampshire Lottery has directed over $2 billion in profits to educational initiatives in the state. It offers a multitude of games such as draw games, scratch tickets, and fast play games.
