I had brought mydog inhere multiple times for shots and such, but Ibrought him into beboarded and they refused totake him because Ihad taken him elsewhere tohave one ofhis shots and didn't have the record onme. Ihad tomake alast minute change toboard him elsewhere because ofthis. The receptionist was very rude. There were several snide comments about 'of course you have toblame someone else' and noattempt towork with meor even bepolite.

I amvery pleased with the people and service atCottonwood Animal Hospital. From the beginning ofthe visit thru theend, weare always greeted with enthusiasm, kindness and complete professionalism. They always explain what they are doing andwhy. Imso happy Ichose them toprovide Charlie Boy's care. Awonderful place and wonderful people who show they truly care!

They have the most amazing lady vet and assistant. Iwouldn't trust myfur babies with any other place than cottonwood.

I took mydog here for years, hehad alot ofproblems and Ipaid aton ofmoney. When heneeded tobe put down cuz hejust wasn't making itany longer 13years....the process was terrible. The vet who Ihad gone tofor years was very unsympathetic. Very bad experience. Not going back with mynew puppy.
